• Well educated/ qualified candidate (Masters in specific subject/ or equivalent to same)
• Willing to travel
• Preference to people from teaching background
• Communication/ presentation skills should be deep rooted in the candidate
• good/ smart personality
• Salary(best in industry) as per the norms
• People working as researcher or Subject matter expert who can communicate well, however not from teaching background can also be considered
