	All key cities and industry sectors saw positive hiring activity in Nov-11, but the three month moving average indices indicate stability With Auto sales picking up hiring activity for the sector in Nov-11 is at par with the Sep-11 and 34% above Oct-11 Hiring activity in the IT- Software and ITES sectors moved up by 29% and 18% respectively in Nov-11 when compared to the previous month Hiring activity in the Construction and Banking sectors in Nov-11 was similar to Sep-11 but was 20% and 21% higher than Oct-11 The demand for professionals in Sales, Accounts and HR moved up by 35%, 31% and 22% respectively over the same time period
